liblicense3 software package provides Stores and retrieves license information in media files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblicense3
liblicense3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblicense3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblicense3 *
You will get with liblicense3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
